Here's an amazing story that I came across courtesy of one of the political blogs, originally from Kentucky.com, the Lexington Herald-Leader. Don't let the title fool you, Man decorates basement with $10 worth of Sharpie isn't an article from the Onion or from some strange tabloid you might see in the check-out line at Home Depot.
You really need to check out the article in order to see the artwork. It's really amazing. It's a great reminder that a strong concept isn't bound by budget. It's also a refresher on the power of creativity.
